The challenge
The challenge was to develop and implement the DPvale mobile application along with a customised admin panel, covering functionalities such as login, personal loans, financial movements, customer management, notifications and profile management. The project was executed across 13 sprints for the app and 6 sprints for the admin panel, using modern technologies such as MongoDB and agile methodologies. Technical challenges included environment creation and configuration, implementing security and performance measures, and conducting vulnerability testing.

Business objective
The business objective was to build a robust and efficient digital solution for managing personal loans, financial movements and customer administration. We began by creating the project’s foundation in the repository and configuring the environments. Each sprint focused on specific functionalities such as login, personal loans, financial transactions and customer management. Across 13 sprints for the app and 6 for the admin panel, we developed and optimised key features, implemented performance and security testing, and ensured rapid iteration using agile methodologies.
